Establishment created in 1985 by Evelyne Poulain, taken over in June 2016 by Corinne Bridan and her sons, SAS LES CHAMPIGNONS DE CUSSANGY offers a wide choice of mushrooms: Paris, Oyster mushrooms, Lentins of Oak (Shii-také), Pholiotes ... 3/4 of the production is processed on site. Specialties: Chaource mushroom fondue, Chaourçoise sauce, mushroom fricassee with Saint Martin beer, cooked oyster mushrooms .... You will also find a point of sale for gourmet products: local products, gifts, gourmet baskets, etc. Store open Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Closed Sundays and holidays. Visits for individuals without appointment from Tuesday to Saturday at 11 a.m. - 2.30 p.m. or 4 p.m. Visits for groups 7 days a week by appointment. Consult the mushroom farm for prices.
